On 31 July 1915, Mr. Watze Hilarius started manufacturing wire nails and roof slates and the rest is history. Since that time, we have grown to become a true specialist in welding consumables with dealers in more than 100 countries worldwide and have acquired an especially large network of welders, welding engineers, technicians, project and purchasing managers. Therefore, you will find us everywhere you go, even in places where you would not necessarily expect to see us.

The company is founded by Mr. Watze Hilarius.
1930
Export activities are expanded to the rest of Europe, South America and Indonesia.
2003
Hilco Welding Materials is established in Curaçao by John Boddie
2015
His Majesty the King conferred Hilarius Haarlem Holland BV the title of Purveyor to the Royal Household by appointment to the Court of The Netherlands on September 28, 2015 on the occasion of its 100th anniversary.
